Chris Holden
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Holden has been CEO of Kulzer since July 2024. He has more than three decades of experience in the oral health care space, and has extensive knowledge of the dental industry. Chris Holden looks back on a successful career having served in various senior leadership positions in Sales and Marketing as well as in General Management. In addition to an MBA in Marketing, Chris Holden has a Certificate in “Executive Management Training” from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Motoi Ito
Chief Strategy Officer
Motoi Ito has been part of the Kulzer Board of Management since September 2024. Motoi Ito has many years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector from various management positions. He also brings a deep understanding of the dental industry from his last position as General Manager of the Oral Care Division at Mitsui Chemicals Inc. Motoi Ito has a degree in economics and his professional career has been characterised by numerous international positions.
Katja Feiber
Chief Human Resources Officer
Katja Feiber joined the Board of Management as Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2023. With a degree in law, she comes from a company in the medical device sector and can look back on many years of experience in the field of human resources. She has held management positions at various international companies.
Dr. Sascha Cramer von Clausbruch
Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer
Dr Cramer von Clausbruch has been part of Kulzer and the management team since 2018. Dr von Clausbruch, who holds a doctorate in materials science, has already held various management positions and has extensive experience in Research and Development as well as Product Management and Marketing from over 25 years in the dental industry.
Clemens Höß
Chief Financial Officer
Clemens Höß joined Kulzer in 2010 and has been member of the Board of Management since 2013. After his studies of business administration, he gained experience in various positions in the commercial sector.

Mission of the Compliance Program
The purpose of the Compliance Program is to:
- Prevent, detect and correct violation of law and company policy and procedures;
- Assure the establishment of compliance policies and procedures for business operations;
- Assure development of training and other programs designed to educate employees regarding applicable policies, procedures and standards;
- Implement a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of essential elements of the Compliance Program;
- Implement a mechanism for internal reporting of questionable or inappropriate activities to enable timely investigation and resolution;
- Assure appropriate corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence of misconduct
